Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Implementation Specialist to install and
configure FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (FCUBS) and Oracle Banking Digital Experience
(OBDX) environments in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the
application and database servers, ensuring seamless integration, and enabling business users to
perform testing.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end installation and configuration of Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System
(FCUBS) and Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX).
Set up and configure Oracle Database required for FLEXCUBE applications.
Configure and deploy the WebLogic managed servers for both FCUBS and OBDX.
Install and configure all required middleware components and ensure proper integration.
Coordinate with the internal IT infrastructure team to ensure the necessary hardware,
network, and security prerequisites are met.
Apply patches and updates as per Oracle recommendations.
Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve system errors.
Prepare system documentation, including installation steps, configuration details, and
environment specifications.
Assist business users in initial testing and provide support for test case execution.
Train internal technical teams on system maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Liaise with Oracle support if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE environment setup and administration.
Hands-on experience in installing and configuring Oracle FLEXCUBE (both FCUBS and OBDX).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (preferably Oracle 19c) installation, configuration,
and administration.
Expertise in Oracle WebLogic Server setup and administration.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting for automation.
Strong understanding of banking and core banking systems architecture.
Experience in configuring high-availability and disaster recovery setups is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
