Job Title: CRM Architect
Job Summary:
As a CRM architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the implementation process. Your role will involve selecting appropriate CRM platforms, customizing them to fit organizational needs, and integrating them with other systems as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM systems.
• Design and implement strategies for migrating data from the legacy CRM system to the new version, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Solution Design: Design CRM solutions based on business requirements, considering factors such as scalability, usability, and security.
• Platform Selection: Evaluate and select CRM platforms that align with the organization's needs and objectives.
• Customization: Customize CRM platforms to meet specific business needs, including configuring workflows, data fields, and user interfaces.
• Integration: Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
• Data Management: Develop strategies for data migration, cleansing, and maintenance within CRM systems.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that CRM systems comply with relevant data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of CRM systems.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM systems to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
• Documentation: Create documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with 15+years of experience in IT Industry.
• Proven experience 5+ years as a CRM architect or in a similar role, with a track record of successful CRM implementations.
• Experience in migrating at least 2 projects of CRM older versions to new versions.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms such as, Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including sales automation, marketing automation, and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM customization and configuration, including experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, or C#.
• Data Management: Develop strategies for data migration, cleansing, and maintenance within CRM systems.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that CRM systems comply with relevant data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Design and implement strategies for migrating data from the legacy CRM system to the new version, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Develop data mapping and transformation rules to reconcile differences in data formats, fields, and structures.
• Execute data migration scripts and procedures, conducting thorough validation and reconciliation to verify the accuracy of migrated data.
Assess the compatibility of existing customizations with the new CRM version and identify any deprecated features or functionalities.
• Modify or recreate customizations as needed to align with the capabilities and best practices of the upgraded platform
