We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our manufacturing unit in Guntur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil infrastructure, maintenance, and construction activities within the plant premises. You will ensure that all projects comply with safety and quality standards while meeting timelines and budgets.
Supervise and manage civil construction and maintenance activities at the manufacturing site.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of civil projects.
Monitor site progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Review technical drawings and specifications and ensure proper execution.
Conduct site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Manage material planning and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations.
Assist in planning for expansion or modification of plant infrastructure.
Handle documentation and maintain records of all civil-related activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
Familiarity with site supervision, project management, and safety protocols.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in managing vendors and civil contractors.
Knowledge of green building practices and industrial safety standards.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical interfaces in plant setups.
